    LA旅行 Day2

    早上旅行社的到酒店接我们去出发的地方,人很多,看来这个American Asian是一个很大的华人旅游公司了。出发时导游告诉我们,行程右边,今天先去Yosemite。

    Yosemite National Park是我以前最想去的地方之一,今天就能去看了,真的听兴奋得,但是导游也说,这个地方很远,我一想估计也晚不好了,路上会花好多时间,因为晚上要赶到Oakland South Union City的Crowne Plaza住。

    一路上左右都是加州的农场和牧场,葡萄、苹果、牛、马到处都是。加州的农业可以养活全美国,还是很厉害的。加州的华人也很多,华人到处都是,除了华人这里还有就是老墨,墨西哥人了。这里的地名都挺有意思的,Yosemite是说it's killer,其中it指的是熊,是印第安语在英文中的翻译。而西班牙人对这里也有很大的影响,San在西班牙语中是对男子的一种尊称,Santa则是对女子的尊称,那么San Francisco就是说一个叫Francisco(就说是一个教士),Santa Barbara就是说一个女子叫Barbara。
